Yibeltal Walle (PhD)

Yibeltal Walle (PhD) is a highly motivated and goal-oriented young professional committed to pursuing excellence in professional engagements. Yibeltal Walle obtained his PhD degree in Economics, MSc degree in Natural Resource Economics and Policy and B.A. Degree in Economics. Yibeltal has over fifteen years of experience in government, academic and NGO sectors. In his all academic and research career Yibeltal received notable awards and published more than five articles in reputable journals (SCI and Scopus indexed) and also attended several trainings and workshops in Ethiopia and other countries. In addition, Yibeltal involved in many consultancy assignments over the years. The assignments often involved with appraisal and evaluation of social and economic development projects, surveys, trainings as well as strategic planning and also provided consultancy services to several local and international NGOs including CEPF, Ethiopian Wildlife and Natural History Society (EWNHS), Tropical Biology Association (TBA), ZOA-Ethiopia and other organizations.
