Oumer Muhammed Eshetu

Oumer Muhammed Eshetu is an Associate Professor of Management at University of Gondar Ethiopia. He has more than 14 year teaching, research and community service experience in Gondar University. His research and publication is noted in, entrepreneurship, human resource management, leadership, women empowerments, small enterprise and business managements. He has win research and community service grants in university of Gondar and presented his work during the university annual research and community service weeks. He has extensive training and consultancy experience, related with business management, leadership, entrepreneurship, business plan, project management, kaizen, marketing and service qualities. He was also participated as judge and trainer, for entrepreneurship competition award, held in Gondar University. He has different certificates as trainer and trainee, focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, soft skill, marketing and research methodology. He earns MBA from University of Gondar and BA degree from Jimma University.
