Ephrem Afele (PhD)

Ephrem Afele (PhD), Assistant Professor of Data Science, Emerald International College. Ephrem has obtained a PhD degree in PhD in Information Science and Technology, Northwest University, China, MSc in Computer Science and Technology from Xidian University, China and BSc in Computer Science and Information Technology Haramaya University, Ethiopia. In addition, he received various certifications in Internet of things, Artificial intelligence and Big Data; A Guide to 21st C Creative Communication for Sales; ZXR10 5900E, M6000 and T8000 carrier-class Router; Office machine maintenance and trouble shooting and CCNA CISCO from national and international institutions. Ephrem has over 10 years of experience in teaching-learning, researches and consultancy services. In addition, Ephrem has than years of managerial experiences and exposure as IT Manager and Marketing representative in Man tian xing dou and TECNO Mobile companies respectively. Ephrem published dozens of articles in reputable journals (SCI and Scopus indexed) and also attended several trainings and workshops in Ethiopia and abroad.
